Asmicore Semiconductor has trained 30 engineers to date, helping develop Bangladesh’s semiconductor talent pool and prepare young engineers for opportunities in VLSI design.

Our Plan to Train 500 More Engineers

We plan to train 500 engineers over the next two years—200 in the first year and 300 in the second. The proposed program combines hands-on projects, commercial EDA tools, and paid part-time instruction from experienced professionals working at leading North American chip companies such as Intel, AMD, and similar organizations. Through this initiative, we aim to bring world-class industry expertise to Bangladesh’s next generation of chip designers.
