Due to the overwhelming response to our academic engagement initiative, Asmicore is excited to officially launch the program under the Asmicore Global Talent Program (AGTP).

We are proud to begin this journey with our first batch kickoff session, marking the start of an intensive 4-month program.

This cohort brings together 32 talented students from diverse universities, including:
Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, University of Dhaka, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, East Delta University, Islamic University of Technology, University of Asia Pacific, BRAC University and even international participation from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.

This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry — both locally and globally.

Through AGTP, we aim to:
– Provide real-world engineering exposure
– Build strong foundations in VLSI, RTL Design, Design Verification, Physical Design and AI-driven workflows
– Enable hands-on project execution and research collaboration
– Develop a future-ready global engineering talent ecosystem

This is not just a program — it is the beginning of a journey of learning, building, and innovation.

We are excited to see how these 32 participants grow over the next 4 months.
